All members of the Digipak family fall within a modular system. This means the product is based on differing numbers of panels with differing numbers of trays affixed. Extra panels, pockets, slots etc can be incorporated as can any number of embellishments, embossing, foil blocking, varnishing or indeed the use of non standard boards e.g. foil or holographic boards. A wide variety of trays are available including A5, CD, DVD, Mini (8cm) CD / DVD, memory card and credit card sizes with new products regularly hitting the market place. Don’t forget the more innovative your choice the greater the likelihood that you will need a new cutting forme, as it is unlikely that it will have been created before! Pockets for booklets and slits for discs can easily be incorporated into your design. Check first to see if we have an existing cutter that will provide a suitable solution without adding costs for a new cutter. |

Softpaks The Softpak family is a lighter version of the Digipak with foam studs or slits to attach discs instead of a plastic tray. Examples of this range include the 5” Card Wallet, sometimes called a Pochette (see our Standard Packaging page) lancing pack and Studpak (pictured left). These Softpaks can be created with any panel number using any complex form or origami! Ask us to create a sample of what you really want your product to look like. | ||
