Litho print is the highest quality print for replicated discs, applied using 4col process (CMYK) only, on a white base to the silver surface of the disc.
This process is recommended for artwork with images, tints, halftones and complex shading.

Should spot colours be required, this can be produced by using Screen Print as an alternative, however this will not produce the high output resolution, especially on images and tints that litho can produce.
Litho print can be applied to replicated discs on quantities of 1000 upwards.
For runs under 1000, we can duplicate CD-R / DVD-R and apply Thermal Print to the disc face.
As with all forms of disc surface print, colours can vary from what you might expect, as printing on discs is not the same as printing on paper. For more information please read our Colour page to ensure you get the result you expect.
