Thermal print is a fast turnaround, high quality digital process, that is applied to short runs of duplicated CD-R / DVD-R discs, out of process colours (CMYK) only.
Thermal print can be applied to discs in quantities generally under 1000.
Perfect for small runs where discs are required in a few days, even same day in some cases, subject to workload. If you have a requirement for a longer run of discs but need a few hundred straight away, we can produce a short run of duplicated discs, with the balance of replicated discs following later when completed.

Thermal print can also be used to print blank media with your corporate branding, for you to burn individual presentations and documents yourself, as you need them.
For runs above 1000 units we can replicate discs and apply either litho or screen print.
As with all forms of disc surface print, colours can vary from what you might expect, as printing on discs is not the same as printing on paper. For more information please read our Colour page to ensure you get the result you expect.
