Turnaround 

After sending your master and artwork to us, please allow a few days for us to book in your work and provide you with artwork proofs for approval, in advance of production. Please ensure you have provided copies of all licences and copyright clearances in relation to your product to avoid any delays. Visit our Copyright page for further information. 

For duplicated discs, please allow around 5-7 working days for production from receipt of master and approval of artwork proofs, plus an additional day for delivery. Depending on workload, smaller runs can sometimes be produced in a few days, even same day by arrangement. 

Replicated discs take longer to produce due to the time involved in the creation of a glass master, and the injection moulding process. Please allow around 10-12 working days from receipt of master and approval of artwork proofs, plus an additional day for delivery.

If a job is very urgent, and depending on workload, we may sometimes be able to speed up this process by a few days if a client is prepared to pay extra for express mastering. We are also able to provide a smaller duplicated supply of discs, with the main run of replicated discs following later. 

Standard packaging is available off the shelf in most cases and can usually be packed with discs, once produced, within the times stated above. For all printed packaging requirements, please allow the same lead times as replicated discs.
